OPENING DAY POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN

Unfortunately, the field is very muddy due to the last 24 hours of rain, and local forecasts predict 90-100% chance of rain all day. Opening Day will IY"H be April 6th. Have a great week, and stay tuned for more updates and information about next week's schedule.

A NOTE ON E-MAILED BLOG NOTIFICATIONS

Public service notice: while the Blogger option to receive blog updates by e-mail is a nice feature, it does not appear to be extremely timely. It seems to push blog entries out once a day, which should work fine for getting the weekly schedules that will usually be posted by Wednesday or Thursday, but may not be as helpful for game-day weather updates.

WELCOME TO THE 2014 SEASON!

We are very excited to begin this season IY"H on March 30th at Cornwell School Field! Please stay tuned to this blog for schedules, weather-related updates, etc.

Teams are still being formed and finalized, but we will be starting Kindergarten and Girls games at 11:00am, and 1st/2nd grade boys at approximately 1:15pm. 3rd/4th grade boys and 5th/6th grade boys will start at either 1:15pm or 3:00pm. We will update this as soon as possible, along with specific field assignments.

The only equipment the players need to bring is a glove; all other equipment will be provided. T-shirts and caps are being ordered, and will be distributed as soon as we get them.

Looking forward to a great season!
